Financial Transparency

As part of the financial transparency regulations, the DfE have included two reporting requirements for maintained schools.

Individuals earning over £100,000

As a maintained school, we are required to publish financial information, in accordance with the latest Government guidance, on their websites the number of individuals (if any) earnings over £100,000 in £10k bandings

There are no individuals earning over £100,000 employed by The Federation of Hampstead Norreys and The Ilsleys.

Benchmarking

Additionally, we are required to publish a link to the schools financial benchmarking website, where the Consistent Financial Reporting (CFR) statement of income, expenditure and balances is published. NOTE: The actual link needs to be changed to Hampstead Norreys C.E. Primary School – Schools Financial Benchmarking – GOV.UK (schools-financial-benchmarking.service.gov.uk)

The information contained here is reflective of the two schools in our Federation combined.

Please Note:

Hampstead Norreys CE Primary School is federated with The Ilsleys Primary School. This means the two schools, whilst unique, distinct and inspected individually as the two separate educational establishments they are, work collaboratively, as one, and come together to ‘pool’ resources, including budget, leadership (including their Executive Headteacher) and teaching and learning support teams.

Whilst geographically close, both require separate administrative teams but share a Federation Business Manager and Federation Governing Body.

It is important this information is taken into account when using the characteristics (pre-selected or otherwise,) offered within the benchmarking service as, those schools available for comparison may not be Federations or federated primary schools.
